SHIPPING METHODS

We offer international shipping and strive to deliver your Jolifemme favorites as quickly as possible. Shipping options vary depending on your location:

Egypt and International

  • Economy: Delivery in 5 to 10 business days, available for most destinations.
  • Express: Delivery in 3 to 5 business days for faster service.
  • Priority: Delivery in 1 to 3 business days for urgent orders.

Processing Times: Please allow up to 5-7 business days for order processing before your package ships from our warehouse.

For P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses, Economy shipping is required, and delivery times may vary.

Note: We do not ship to freight forwarding addresses at this time.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

Track your order via:

  • The Shipping Confirmation Email (sent when your order ships).
  • The Order Confirmation Page.
  • Your account section on jolifemme.com.

If your order ships in multiple packages, you’ll receive separate tracking details for each shipment.

No Tracking Updates?

If your tracking information doesn’t show movement for more than 5 business days, contact our Customer Service for assistance.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Occasionally, carriers may mark a package as “Delivered” while it is still en route and deliver it within the next 4 business days.

If Your Package is Marked as Delivered:

  1. Check the area around your delivery location (doorstep, mailbox, neighbors).
  2. Wait 4 business days.
  3. If the package has not been located, contact Customer Service for support.

Important: Jolifemme is not liable for packages marked as delivered. If you believe your package was misdelivered, we recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier.

At this time, we are unable to reship missing orders or process exchanges. If eligible, refunds will be issued, and you may place a new order.

CHANGING YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS

Orders begin processing immediately after submission and typically cannot be modified. If your order has already shipped, you may update your address directly with the carrier. Please note: modifying addresses may incur fees and delay delivery.

Carrier-Specific Address Changes:

  • UPS (Domestic Orders): Use the free UPS My Choice service for updates.
  • USPS (Domestic Orders): Utilize USPS Package Intercept for address changes.
  • DHL (International Orders): Visit DHL's On Demand Delivery service to modify delivery address, reschedule, or place your shipment on hold.
