JOLIFEMME RETURN POLICY
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be new, unworn, and unwashed, with proof of purchase, and returned within 30 days.
- Merchandise must be in original condition, with all tags and liners attached. Items without tags should include original packaging.
- Refunds will only be issued to the original method of payment (including prepaid credit cards).
- Final Sale items cannot be returned.
- Returns must be processed individually; combined returns are not permitted.

How to Submit a Return Request
Submit your return request online.
You will receive a Return Authorization email with further instructions:
- Pre-paid Express Returns via DHL:
- A pre-paid returns label will be emailed to you.
- Schedule a DHL collection or drop off at your nearest DHL location within 14 days of creating your return authorization.
- A $15/€15 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Self-Postage Returns:
- A returns slip will be emailed to you.
- Include the slip in your package and send it back using the shipping provider of your choice within 14 days of creating your return authorization.
- You are responsible for return shipping fees, including any duties or taxes. We recommend insuring your package and contacting our Customer Service at help@jolifemme.com with your tracking number once shipped.
Refund Timeline
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you when your refund has been processed.
- Refunds may take up to 7 business days from the date your return tracking shows delivered.
- Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution, and it may take an additional 3-5 business days for funds to appear in your account.
Terms & Conditions
- All returns are handled on a case-by-case basis at Jolifemme’s discretion to ensure the best customer experience.
- Returns may be rejected if items are found to be worn, washed, or not in original condition.
- Excessive or unreasonable returns, as well as fraudulent return activity, may result in future transactions or returns being declined.
- For returns submitted beyond 30 days or without proof of purchase, refunds may be issued as a Jolifemme store credit or as required by local laws.
- Additional information, including personal details, may be requested for verification purposes. Jolifemme handles such data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
